MSPs refuse to give value for money

MSPs have thrown out a demand that they should sign a pledge to spend at least two-thirds of their working week on parliamentary duties.
Lib Dem researcher Hugh O’Donnell claimed the current rules left a loophole which could be exploited by politicians with outside interests.
