A good point was raised in a letter to the Evening News which is linked below.

The anonymous writer said:

Therefore, those who see the various items of clothing will come to the obvious conclusion that the wearer hates everything to do with Edinburgh. What a great marketing ploy and message to give to the world from someone who claims to love the city of his birth.

An excellent point and changes will be made to the logo appearing on all the items as soon as possible. An email to us direct would have resulted in the same conclusion.

With regard to the products coming from America, there is one online store which we know of in the UK which offers the same service. The cost of the products in the UK are much more expensive and we know that the USA has laws to prevent sweatshops.
