Dirty Tricks Campaign

According to mail arriving at EdinburghSucks!com over the weekend, there is a dirty tricks campaign going on between the city council and the drivers at their almost wholly owned bus company Lothian Buses.

“what you read in the paper on Satuarday is a lot of crap. I can tell you that this story was brought up the week before the action took place but it was not meant to be the marine garage it was meant to be another one. The council are the ones behind the story, it came from their offices and will be used again. I know for sure that there is a couple of people with the pr department of the council are working only on planting stories for Andrew Burns against the drivers.”

The email came from an informer who described themselves as:

“I am not a driver but I am well placed to give you a lot of information that comes out of the bribe central bus company”

Hopefully we will get more information on this as time progresses. We would also like the union to contact us with their side of the story.

I am assuming that the following story is the one that our informer is speaking about:
