The council have today announced that they are today about to hammer it’s citizens again.
With the new no smoking legislation coming into force early next year, the council want to cash in on the people who go outside to smoke, effectively making huge tracts of the city no-smoking whether they are indoors or not. [...]

The Evening News kindly gave the leader of the council, the hapless and ’sad’ Teflon Don Anderson the perfect opportunity to thank the council workers, the police, the bar workers, the taxi drivers and all the people who suffered and lost out because of the situation in Edinburgh last week.
