Will investigation be open and fair?

According to an article in tonight’s Evening News the council voted on Wednesday to carry out an investigation into whistleblowing cases going back to the year 2000.  A motion by Lib Dem leader Jenny Dawe was approved at Wednesday’s full council meeting.
