Frank (The Scarlet Pimpernel) Russell where are you?

Quite a few emails have been arriving at EdSucks Towers complaining that Councillor Frank (The Scarlet Pimpernel) Russell is seemingly seldom seen in his constituency, indeed he no longer holds any meetings in North Sighthill and he only holds these in the Broomhouse Centre because it is a 5 minute walk from his house in Broomhouse Crescent.

He never attends Community Council Meetings, or any other Voluntary meetings unless there is something in it for himself. He fell out of his loft at home two years ago and only returned to work when his salary from the Council was due to be reduced, however if the Labour Party required his vote they would send a car to pick him up and return him home - a year for a broken ankle - we all wish we had that job.

As one of his constituents said:

He only considers Broomhouse and forgets he has North Sighthill under his wing as well, He is not going to be missed at the elections in 2007 when I hope he gets his ariss kick to touch.

and so say all of us.
