Jobson & Inch join “Rosendale’s Fraudsters”

Roy Jobson the top official in Edinburgh dealing with our children’s education and Jim Inch, the head of Corporate Services who would be the council official who would carry out any investigations within the Council have last week moved over the to the “Rosendale’s Fraudsters” camp according to information received at EdinburghSucks towers.

After the framed lies posted on the multi-million pound website the council put up (with probably somewhere in the region of 20 people using their forums with any regularlity and all of those are either a Rosendale Fraudster or an unwitting council worker) Roy Jobson had a meeting last week with Jim Inch and gang leading thug Mike “Fraudster” Rosendale.

Where one would expect the people in Jobson’s and Inch’s positions to immediately inform Rosendale to have the posting taken down and to go to their IT people, trace the email and go home until the independent inquiry has reported, they never. There was no mention at all of protecting Mr. Travers for letting the population know that Rosendale and his Fraudsters had screwed the city for 400,000 at least.

What Jobson, Inch and Rosendale discussed was “how long they could leave the posting up before staff or the general public would demand from opposition councillors that they intervene.”

“Staff are now determined to report fraud within Children and Families outwith the council. There is a feeling of disgust with the senior officials who are protecting their backs because they have colluded to hide the fraud. Well the day is coming. Honest, Hardworking Council Staff will fight back to ensure that public confidence is restored in The City Of Edinburgh Council.”

Daily the picture coming out from the staff within Children & Families, other departments and quite probably council-wide that there is institutionalised fraud taking place on a daily basis, and that fraud is being covered up by the senior officials in executive positions leaving the workers on the shop floor scared and demoralised. Tempers are at breaking point even with some senior members of staff. Jobs within the department are being given to family and friends and they are not the right people for the job, sometimes without even an interview/advertising process taking place. A case on point is Rosendale gave his wife a position in charge of the Whistleblower out in North Edinburgh and only last week Rosendale’s wife, Christine Mackay, was implicated by an email published on EdinburghSucks.com in conspiracy to defraud British Telecom.

After the Jobson, Inch & Rosendale meeting, Jobson sent an email out to the staff saying that the posting was “an excerpt from the judgement.” Liar! What it actually was, was selected pieces from the judgement which were quoting what the council lawyers said to the tribunal - at our, the taxpayers expense. THE COUNCIL LOST the tribunal because the members of the tribunal had the evidence in front of them that the Council were lying.

When we publish the full judgement here this week, we will highlight the pieces that were posted and Jobson, Rosendale and Inch have lied about. When the judgement is published, workers around the city and the taxpayers who pay the wages of these high flying executives within the council will see them for what they are, Liars and Fraudsters.

The situation at present is that four hundred thousand of OUR pounds were wasted. Rosendale was the Company Secretary of the company that wasted the money. Our Lord Provost and the Executive Member for Children & Families were both on the board with Rosendale and were all informed by the auditors, of the auditors alarm. All of these people then used council resources and OUR money to defend themselves against the whistlelower - THEY LOST. The are all now again using council resources and OUR money to go for retribution on a person that highlighted fraud.
