The following email was sent through the EdinburghSucks contact form today from “the F mans team”:

hey you you wee cunt no one fucks with oor fleeto and yous are getting a visit real soon ya fanny

Interestingly the email address used by the sender was doa@XXX.com where XXX was the house number of one of our contributors. What this in effect means is that our contributor is under serious physical threat - “dead on arrival at your house number dot com“. This contributor lives in a house with their wife, two month old daughter and 80 year-old disabled mother.

The only people who actually know that this contributor is associated with EdinburghSucks, have been written about on EdinburghSucks and knows the address of this contributor is:

Former disgraced Labour Lothian Regional Councillor, Chairman of the Craigmillar Community Council, Chairman of the Funding Panel of Craigmillar Partnership, Board Member of Craigmillar Partnership, Board Member of Community IT centre - Haywired, Board Member of Craigmillar Crapacity Building Project, Craigmillar Childcare Services and many others, namely Paul Nolan.

Prospective Labour Councillor for Craigmillar, Secretary of Craigmillar Community Council, Boss of Craigmillar Crapacity Building Project, Board Member of Craigmillar Childcare Services, unelected advisor to Craigmillar Partnership Funding Panel, unelected advisor to Craigmillar Partnership Board - and again many others, namely David Walker.

Our contributor has been critical of both men and has pushed for investigations both on this site and through passing information of very dodgy dealings within the Craigmillar community where there are currently investigations in progress by Communities Scotland, ESEP and the City of Edinburgh Council. Now it seems that when they cannot answer the criticism with their mouths they decide to use physical violence.

Word on the street in Craigmillar is that Nolan used this method before with a former Festival Fringe Director and Walker is known around the area as “Nolan’s thug”.

We are not saying that either of these two men are the guilty one. However, that is where our suspicions are headed.
