Management at the City of Edinburgh Council have come up with a novel idea of how to silence their detractors. They’ll use the unions and they can look squeeky clean.

At yesterday’s Unison meeting for Community Education in the city, between 50 & 60 members turned up to see what was happening in union-land.

Imagine their surprise, when Mike Rosendale’s buddy from his after work drinkypoos on a Friday evening in the Cafe Royal, Mr. Derek Suttie, turned up with a motion that “Unison put pressure on the council to ensure that EdinburghSucks.com be banned from all council owned computers. ” So the senior community education worker in the Prentice Center believes that his colleagues should be censored and he, Rosendale and probably Roy “Jonah” Jobson have put him up to it.

How’s that for bloody cheek. The hated fraudster company secretary, Mike Rosendale, sending his lackeys along to union meetings to silence detractors and apply censorship to his own staff.

Don’t worry Mikey boy. Most of the staff access it from home now anyway because they believe that you have ordered the relevant department to track their movements online and report back to you - some of them even go out to internet cafes to send us the emails because they think they are being spied upon. This is now the farce that our city fathers have forced onto our overworked and underpaid community education workers.

Happily the staff who were at the meeting laughed him down and the motion wasn’t passed. It is also thought that our friends over at http://www.piltonsucks.com/ were mentioned as well.

Although Derek Suttie was not, as far as we are aware, involved in the CityConnect/ELLP £400,000 fraud on Edinburgh’s taxpayers, he was one of the people involved in the ‘cunning plan’ to defraud BT (click here) with dodgy computer parts.

When is Jonah Jobson who is paid in excess of one hundred thousand pounds per year by the citizens of Edinburgh going to get off his arse and do something about this culture of fraud and fear that they oversee.
