Third MEP to act as Craigmillar election monitor

EdinburghSucks this morning received an email from Scottish Lib Dem MEP Elspeth Attwooll in Brussels, she too has confirmed that she will attend the Craigmillar Community Council election, if it goes ahead, as election monitor.  This brings the total so far since our call to have election monitors to three.
