3. Fix the polling station.
4. Keep secret information about the counts.

Interestingly with today’s verdict on transport chief Andrew ‘bumbling Andy’ Burns being cleared of breaching the councillors’ code of conduct it is interesting to look at Chief investigating officer Stuart Allan’s record on this type of thing. It can of course be found here:

With the opening of nominations for Craigmillar Community Council, the body that gives the corrupt people the power in Craigmillar’s ‘poverty industry’, the council’s Community Council and Liaison & Development Officer is refusing to distribute nomination forms to interested members of the public.
