Weak Link 2 breaks in Cityconnect fiasco

pete mcdougall.gif The second of the two weak links in the whole Cityconnect fiasco (Pete McDougall, Prop.(pictured)) which will see huge embarrassment for leading councillors and officials in the not too distant future on a global basis has finally started breaking.

Alistar “Al” Frater a former employee of the company who was taken on by Mike “Fraudster” Rosendale to cover up for him and David Hillson in the Community Education department where he is paid to act as ‘webmaster’ to the depleted myedinburgh website. Frater was thrown out of Gilmerton community buildings and now spends all his time at home running his own business Wabster whist being paid a full time salary by the council.

It now seems that Frater’s mouth is going to get him and others into serious trouble:

Frater has let the cat out the bag. He has told several individuals in voluntary organisations he could be in serious trouble if it is found out he obtained the whistleblower IP home address illegally. David Hillson with the support of Mike Rosendale gave him the green light. He then spoofed a header and footer on a e-mail in cityconnect to make it look like he had received an e-mail from the whistleblower’s home address when in fact he obtained it by breaking the law. (Telecommunications Act, actually).

Meanwhile in the Children & Families (C & F) department moral is at rock bottom in Children and Families. Mr Rosendale continues to think he is untouchable and has made it plain that he has the full support of Cllr Atiken who unfortunetly is now known within Children and Families as Mike Rosendales lapdog. Rosendale is also stating that the Lib Dem motion will clear him. How can he know the outcome of the motion?

In the personnel department of C & F senior officers are also covering up the fact they broke every policy and procedure in the council personnel handbook to try and sack the Whistleblower when they knew he was telling the truth. Staff in personnel want an investigation into the senior personnel officers behaviour which has been disgraceful and brings their department into disrepute.

David Hillson, the man who was making requests as a secondment to Cityconnect then going back to his desk as senior community eduction worker and approving them has returned to headquarters at Waterloo Place where he is in corporate services and is responsible for job evaluation. The staff at Waterloo Place are disgusted. He is a proven fraudster and the Department are protecting him - they want Aitken or Jobson to answer why.
