Andrew Burns

So who will win?

Well the bids are in from the companies who will smooch up to Andrew ‘Bumbling Andy’ Burns to get the pleasure of pissing off some motorists in Edinburgh.

There is quite a rake of cash to be had by the winning bidder so what do we have to choose from:

    1. Central Parking System
In Edinburgh, the Enforcers have ticketed an ambulance, a hearse, a blood transfusion vehicle and the Scotland rugby team.
    2. NCP
One employee issued 1444 tickets in a month after the offer of a car worth £12,000 to the warden who imposed the most fines. The firm then did away with incentives.
    3. Apcoa
In Edinburgh, the Blue Meanies slapped a parking fine on a car belonging to a pregnant woman whose at-risk baby was being monitored in hospital, and Apcoa’s staff were exposed for parking illegally in the city.
    4. Vinci Park
In Wigan, an attendant’s van was spotted double-parked and mounted on the pavement. The firm also runs the car park at Ninewells hospital where high prices have recently attracted criticism.

Well that’s a great choice then.
