Bully brags about councillor’s backing

Mike ‘Fraudster’ Rosendale the major bully in the Children & Families department has been bragging that “Ewan Aitken has told me the Councillors want the whistleblower out of the council because his case is damaging the council reputation and of course his leadership campaign.”

Rosendale who when not being a fraudster also seems to be an expert in harrassment. Individuals have tried to take out harrassment grievences against Rosendale however it seems that Rosendale refuses to allow the individuals to have their grievences heard. One case has been active for 2 years leaving Mr. Rosendale to constantly harrass the individual concerned.

Staff in Children and Families are furious at Councillor Aitken’s remarks in the Scotsman article on Tuesday when he said “One of the most important things about dealing with bullying is admitting it happens and in Edinburgh we’re doing that.” The staff believe that Councillor Aitken knows that Rosendale is a bully in the workplace and fails to do anything about it.

In a communique released to EdinburghSucks.com today, staff in Children and Families said:

Well the staff have a message to the Councillors. Do the right thing.

All the evidence has shown the whistleblower was right. Where is the protection for him. Do you realise he is being hounded out his job by senior staff in Children and Familiies. Where is his apology from the Council. A horrific campaign of what can only be described as Bullying, Harrassment and Smearing has been orchestrated by Mr Rosendale and now word in from other senior staff in the council is that Jim Inch has ensured the report has been watered down because the truth would not be palatable to the general public or other council staff. Every policy, procedure in the book was broken in order to hide the fraud and to discredit the whistleblower.

It seems that the staff are not ones to pull their punches.“

Watergate has nothing on this bunch of crooks. Public money has been used to cover up, lie, and corrupt a legal process in order to save the careers of senior council staff.

Staff throughout the council are truely sickened by the stance of Council. What message does this case send to staff. You can lie, deceive, corrupt, break all council procedures has long as you are in a senior position. Well we feel these staff are not fit to be council employees.

In other emails this week, members of staff have also individually been showing their total discontent with the departmental heirarchy
