Why was OpenAllHoors.com blamed on the whistleblower?

Seemingly OpenAllHoors.com, a website by members of the Comunity Education Department taking a humourous view of the happenings in the department, was blamed on the whistleblower or Donald Reekie.  In the interests of openness, the domain registration ran out and it is now under “New Management”.

In their anger to throw as much as they could at the whistleblower, Mike ‘Fraudster’ Rosendale took action against the whistleblower and that is still pending as something like ‘not proven’.

Well Rosendale, you were wrong then and you are wrong now.  We actually know who was behind OpenAllHoors.com and we also know that senior managers under you also know and have known since the disciplinary proceedings against the whistleblower.  In fact it was an open secret throughout the department that a person ,currently employed in Quality Services, was behind the site.

Perhaps you would like to explain why you took disciplinary proceedings against the Whistleblower for this when you knew, your senior managers knew and indeed we believe probably the personnel department knew that Donald Reekie was not behind the site.  The reason you knew is because you had David Hillson illegally trace the IP address of Donald Reekie?  More questions which you will endeavour not to answer.  Maybe Jonah Jobson could have a look into it?
