Phelan says: 90 Days to sign or out the door

As we have requested information from readers about the principal of Howdenhall Childrens Unit, a snippet came our way which was totally unexpected.

Seemingly, Mr. Phelan had a staff meeting at the Unit and told all the staff that if they didn’t sign new employment contracts (which most staff feel would be detrimental to them), then they would be shown the door!

Is this the beginning of another Children & Families fiasco?  More info please……
