Bah Humbug - says Bumbling Andy to Schoolkids

Former transport supremo Bumbling Andrew Burns who, because he did so well at transport, was promoted by oor Rev. Leader to Children & Families is not going down well with the schoolchildren around the city of Edinburgh.

Having been a tradition for ever to have a Christmas School Dinner at school for all the children so that they could celebrate the festive season together, it is now the time to stop it according to Bumbling Andy and his heid of strategy Fraudster Mike Rosendale.

This christmas, it will only be the children on free school meals and a “specially selected few” according to parents who have sent emails into EdSucks today.

Our children always enjoy the christmas dinner -  it is one of the few times when the school all eat together but we will have to tell our children this year that they have not been invited to the christmas lunch.

It is not as though this is going to save the council any money, parents pay for the privilege of their children attending this special annual meal.  This will be a good “social inclusion” question to ask your labour candidate/lackey when he comes a knocking asking for your vote next year - we suggest having the remnants of your 2006 christmas pudding to donate to them for their 2007 christmas dinner.
