The shredders are spinning the Rosendale Way

Rosendale.pngNews coming in from Children & Families sources report that departmental Fraudster-in-Chief is, “shredding everything in the guise the department has to downsize for their move to the new building.“

However, there is some good news.  “Individuals have found damming information in the filing cabinets that prove Mike Rosendale lied to the investigation team with regards to Edinburgh Lifelong Learning Partnership. What a tangled web of deceit.“

It is anticipated that we at EdinburghSucks will get the information in the near future and will pubish it to prove once and for all to all the senior cabinet councillors that either they have been lied to, or, as we believe, they have covered up this nightmare scenario which has led to honest employees being hounded for years for telling the truth and Rosendale’s Fraudsters awarded contracts by the council and council funded projects.

Meanwhile, other news on Rosendale is his part in more fraud and cover-up to do with the former Craigmillar based Adult Learning Link.

What the only story to be released by the papers seems not to have covered is that Community Education (the department that Rosendale was head of) were the monitoring department.  The individual managers responsible for monitoring were Maria Gray, Rosendale’s Wife – Christine MacKay (She worked in Craigmillar as Community Education Manager before going to Midlothian), Rosendale friend - Ros Sutherland, Sue Wilson and the incompetent Derek Welsh who we will soon have information on about his abysmal monitoring of and documented lies about Craigmillar Childcare Services.

A financial review allegedly highlighted that sums ranging from £1000 to £6000 were paid out to Ms Yang. But accountants had difficulties locating supporting documentation for such payments.

Yang had been ordered to produce receipts for a series of more than 20 transactions dating back to early 2002.

The alleged irregularities came to light after a “hit squad” took over the day-to-day management of the adult education agency based at Castlebrae Community High School in October 2003. That intervention was prompted when ASL was forced to take out an £8500 loan from the Craigmillar Partnership to pay staff wages as a result of “serious cash-flow difficulties”. Graham Rowan, manager of the Craigmillar Partnership, called in police in January 2004.

Our information is that Community Education gave higher rate of pay to staff in project and signed claim forms knowing the hours had not been done.  When the information first came out on Heather Yang, Mike Rosendale who was in charge of the monitoring officers told then to bury information. They did not pursue the financial irregularities instead the council audit department dropped the case. Yet again no one in the council is held responsible for yet another misuse of public money and even more financial irregularities.

Is it not about time that the new executive member for Children & Families, Bumbling Andy Burns, stopped the cover-ups and started with his new broom.  It would do the people a lot more than stopping our children having a christmas lunch at school.  Maybe he doesn’t want to see his colleagues on the council in the dock facing conspiricy charges.
