Leaders don’t do deals - They do steals

Ewan ‘Rasputin’ Aitken is rabbiting on his blog about his six hour walk around his constituency - obviously an election on the way.

I didn’t go into elected politics to do deals with the Tories. Individually many of them are nice people but their politics are an anathema to me.

Of course, right on track for New Labour he won’t do deals with Tories (even although they are elected by citizens of the city who Councillor Aitken obviously doesn’t give a damn about) but he and his cohorts have managed to pretty much steal every single one of the Tories policies and called them their own.

Let’s all hope that the citizenry of Edinburgh make the current administration an anathema come May.

On another post on his blog, he mentions that

I don’t condone prostitution, I would not want it legalised and I am unconvinced by those who say “its my choice”

Sounds strange coming from a politician, surely all of out here think that all party politicians are prostitutes - that’s why they have whips. In fact, Edinburgh already has two Prostitute Tolerance Zones - One is called the City Chambers and the other Holyrood.

We notice that the leader never mentions fraud on his blog. Is this because we all know that he certainly condones that and he can’t get away with saying anything else and he does real deals with fraudsters.
