FebDems just as bad as labour for lies

It seems that Edinburgh North & Leith FebDem prospective candidate Andy Crockhart does not quite get it right when it comes to the truth.

Lying Crockhart seems to have problems knowing exactly what his constituency is.

In his election leaflet he claims that the result in Edinburgh North and Leith constituency last time was Labour 34%, LibDem 29%, Con 19%, SNP 10% and that he is the only possible contender to beat Labour. First of all he forgets that his party have spent the last 8 years so far up Labour’s a*se that to get rid of Labour you also have to get rid of the FibDems.

Secondly, the liar’s figures just don’t add up. For the last Scottish Parliament elections the figures were completely different. Labour 38%, LibDem 17%, Con 17%, SNP 19%, SSP 9% (for example see http://news.bbc.co.uk/nol/shared/spl/hi/uk/03/vote_2003/interactive_map/html/default.stm and http://election.theherald.co.uk/flash/constituency.php?id=29)

However, a little bit further research by our mole let’s us know that what in fact has happened is that lying Crockhart actually used the last figures from the general Westminster election. Didn’t his party officials tell him which parliament he was standing for or is he just another party liar - you decide.

EdinburghSucks supprts independent candidates but it doesn’t look as though there are any independents in that constituency only Lying Labour, Feb Dems, Ian Whyte for the Tories who is also running for a second job in the council and of course the not to be forgotten Scottish Nose Pickers - not a great choice.
