As there is nothing on the elections website at Edinburgh.gov, the BBC, Scotsman.com nor Talk107 about when the council counts are going to take place - EdSucks has now been passed the following information:
Parliamentary counts will resume at Ingliston at 12.00 noon and the council election count will start as soon as possible after that.
