Do SNP have a propensity to exaggerate?

The first meeting was held today between the new Scottish Executive and Westminster. Tory Bliar still hasn’t phoned or written but things are moving ahead about as quick as Tory has been departing.

The SNP Minister who was the lucky one to have a quick wash and brush up before the meeting was Scotland’s rural and environmental affairs secretary and phantom autograph signer, Richard Lochhead.

We think it was a bit over the top to say:
Wednesday’s meeting with local environment minister Ben Bradshaw heralds “a new era” of relations between Holyrood and Westminster.

You are bloody doing the job you are paid to do - just do it properly, without gouging and we hope you polished your shoes. Some new era……. bloody politicians.
