The New Honesty Box

As there was a complete failure of the Honesty Box system when the Labour Councillors stole the soup and sandwiches whist the current administration were on training across the road, the Children & Families department are now going to try the system again to make up their thirteen point five million pound shortfall they managed to run up with Fraudster Rosendale at the helm as Head of Strategy, not forgetting Councillors Andrew Burns and Ewan “Rasputin” Aitken sitting proud as Executive Members responsible.

With the failure of the upcoming wee discussion taking place on the schools new middle-england Director of Children & Families, Gillian “The Parrot” Tee has decided to saddle up to the ruling administration by putting out her own honesty box.

Imagine if all the fat cats in the department followed Fraudster Rosendale’s example.  It is believed not believed that he will give the coffers a start up of the four hundred thousand pounds that disappeared under his watch as company secretary of CityConnect but he did stress that it would take the form of an unauthorised cheque.

So if the schools are not going bye bye all the Senior CLD workers and let’s see community services slashed and community centres around the city echoing with the sound of emptyness.
