The Rosendale “Black Hole” Hitlist

After School Clubs and Community Centres on the Fraudster Rosendale’s ‘Black Hole’ List.

No stone has been left unturned in the current purge by Fraudster Rosendale in looking to raise cash to throw into the ‘black hole’ of £13.5 million (now widely understood in Children and Families to be £35 million) that he has created as non Strategic Planning Manager. 

He has reasoned that the After School Clubs and Community Centres should stump up for his mismanagement. They should be paying ‘a fair rent’ and not be free gratis. After School Clubs that meet in Community Centres or Schools do not contribute a rent or even pay memberships like all other users.  Any rent levied on After School Clubs is to go directly to Waverley Court, the site of the Fraudster Rosendale’s financial ‘black hole’.  He is further considering taking all the let money from Community Centres, that is paid by non centre groups, instead of the individual centres keeping these fees to enhance their community resource and help the less able to take part. This is understood to be part of a ’squeeze’ that could bring tens of thousands of pounds each year, as some After School Clubs are Limited Companies, some even have upwards of £100,000 in their bank accounts (I wanna go to those ones).

Some Community Centres only income is from outside lets. If the Fraudster Rosendale takes this bably needed income away then some of these centres will have no outside income at all ensuring that they will have massive cuts on what they can provide in the centre.

Never mind the childcare Fraudster - let’s keep the Senior Managers in the jobs they are accoustomed to!

Apparently two staff have come forward to assist management with the cuts package in Community Learing and Development. They are Rab Byfield and Dinah Pountain. It will not surprise you to learn that both worked with Fraudster Rosendale when he was Fraudster in Wester Hailes.
