Its a (Kinnock) Family Affair

How surprised was everyone when they found out on the news that Neil Kinnock’s son, Stephen, is in charge of the British Council in Russia. How well qualified was he for the job?

Well of course he was extremely qualified in a Labour sort of way. His father being Chair of the British Council. Its a family affair indeed.
