It seems the legal failures of Paul Nolan hasn’t stopped him from asking the council for more cash. This one is really funny. He wants 105K to help the Jack Kane Centre Community Wing, of which he is Chairman, to cut their leckky bills in a novel way. Who thinks he will get it?
