Now that the recruitment drive is under-way to allow the hoi polloi to manage to get their hands on some of Edinburgh’s £1 billion kitty known as Edinburgh Trams, we thought it would be worthwhile to let our readers know of the competition out there trying to snaffle some of your hard earned cash.
