Edinburgh Council’s supposed “Education Supremo” has shown the city that it is herself that is definitely in need of education - and pretty damn quick. With having just cut 16.5 full time front line positions from Community Centres and herself bordering on obese she is really showing the citizens
It transpired on television last night that six of the eight crèches in Edinburgh would be closing forthwith without any consultation at all. So much for the listening FibDem/SNP administration who are now showing that childcare in Edinburgh is in it’s biggest crisis in living memory.

Well it was nice to see a follow-up story in the Evening Chip Paper about Ian Perry getting ₤400,000 of council money over 10 years when he never even knew he was doing the job. It really is a bit of a joke.
