It seems as though the cleansing department got more rules today along the same lines as back in July 2004. As well as taking down the illegal posters of city MP Nigel Griffiths they have also got to make sure certain parts of the city get some special treatment. This happened before when “The Leader”, Donald Anderson got his route to work given special attention, below is a press quote at the time:
