  • Council owned Lothian Buses have hit thier riders with yet another inflation busting rise.  The lastest 15% rise will affect the city's most vulnerable who use off-peak tickets.  This comes just one year after a previous 10% rise.   Just to cap it all off, they have come up with the most unbelievable excuse ever heard:
