The Leader and red tape rocks the city council

Jenny Hjul has a nice return to reality piece in today’s Scotsman for Donald “The Leader” Anderson.

The story of Historic Scotland not allowing various concerts ahead this summer at the Castle is a disappointment to me and many other concert-goers, especially since Regular Music who are behind these concerts have done an amazing job in organisation for decades.
